SUNIL PALLAPOLU – CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Sunil's breadth of technology and operations expertise and 20+ years of experience in healthcare, education and more recently in the Capital Markets and Financial Services sectors, drives our strategy, and our focus on innovation in delivering leading-edge solutions for our clients.
He has built large scale trading and risk management systems, and has demonstrated expertise in building high performing hybrid onshore-offshore teams, servicing various capital markets businesses. He also has led multiple regulatory initiatives and applied innovation in the areas of Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies & Distributed Ledgers, Big Data, AI & Machine Learning and Business Process Automation.
Sunil holds degrees in Medicine and Surgery from the AP University of Health Sciences in India, and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Machine Learning, from the University of South Carolina.
HARVEY RAND – MANAGING DIRECTOR, SALES & MARKETING
Harvey Rand’s 25+ years of direct sales, management, marketing and leadership experience in the Capital Markets and Financial Services sector guides our client relationships. He has successfully initiated, grown and managed global sales organizations in a number of software product and financial consulting services firms including Summit Systems, Principia Partners, Fusion Systems Group, and Sybase.
Harvey oversees new sales opportunities as well as O3’s growing client base. He is fundamental in aligning current and evolving client requirements with the professional services and strategic solutions the firm is providing. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Rand is charged with assuring O3’s direction closely maps with leading trading technologies direction, applications, and evolving markets. Mr. Rand has an undergraduate degree in marketing from the City of New York’s Bernard M Baruch College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
