stakeholders by producing comprehensive documentation that details the ultimate goals of any project including the functional
and technical specifications necessary to perform a gap analysis or commence software development / implementation.
The o3 process includes Business Analyst interview of client management, business and Information Technology stakeholders
to identify success criteria, constraints, timeframes, risks and dependencies in a phased approach. A Proof of Concept (POC) or prototype may be developed
at this time to aide the discovery process. The benefits of this approach result in manageable milestones, cost savings,
minimized risk and on time deliverables.
