Requirements Analysis – o3 creates the foundation for all stakeholders by producing comprehensive documentation that details the ultimate goals of any project including the functional and technical specifications necessary to perform a gap analysis or commence software development / implementation.

The o3 process includes Business Analyst interview of client management, business and Information Technology stakeholders to identify success criteria, constraints, timeframes, risks and dependencies in a phased approach.  A Proof of Concept (POC) or prototype may be developed at this time to aide the discovery process.  The benefits of this approach result in manageable milestones, cost savings, minimized risk and on time deliverables.
   
Business and Process Analysiso3 and the client Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) drive a series of workshops to identify high level requirements along functional lines (i.e., front office, middle office, operational processing, accounting, Information Technology) for each business area.  The analysis includes review of current state business and technology drivers, workflow and systems interfaces, identifying inefficiencies, control points and risks.

Our deliverable is a Business Blueprint, mapping your operational and Information Technology foundation to create a streamlined yet robust phased project implementation plan. We also examine organizational changes that must be embraced to support the future state Blueprint.
