The Palais de la Bourse (Stock Exchange Palace) in Lyon, France was erected in 1862 at the epicenter of the silk trade from which the city thrived. Today it is still one of the most remarkable landmarks of the city.

Requirement: Assist with requirements gathering, vetting and presenting a Business Vision and Roadmap for formalizing Global FX Services within the treasury organization.
Rationale: Consolidation of FX business under unified corporate treasury operations.
Our Contribution: Senior Experienced Treasury, Liquidity and Cash Management practitioners with extensive knowledge of FX transactions and operations provided an unbiased and deep knowledge in the domain.
Approach: Analysis and requirements gathering was accomplished through a series of detailed interview sessions with the key stakeholders and management including and representatives from each of the firm’s global business line. The data was compiled into an executive FX Vision document that defined their current state, future state and transition roadmap, highlighting potential next steps and priorities in line with the firms’ evolution.
Results: The executive summary analysis was presented to the Treasurer and management team to align with firm-wide priorities and dependencies supporting the business going forward in a phase approach.
